In 2020, Simi founded MovementPrescribed. The desire: to fill the gap between athletes, artist, CEO’s, entertainers, weekend warriors, your friend down the street and their journey to improved movement, increased wellness and optimized performance.
“Through authentic relation, we strive to be the liaison between someones present health challenges and their genesis of idealized movement” is the philosophy in which MovementPrescribed stands.
It is the ability to be a potential catalyst in the plight of finding ones center of wellness through movement, recovery, and hands on treatment.
